🔗 Link imported clients to the Master Client Database
These imported appointments didn't match a client file automatically (the import only links on a unique phone or exact-name match — it never guesses a medical file). Linking a client attaches their whole Square history, and turns ON reminder texts for their future visits. Linking itself never texts anyone.

📵 Reminder texts for imported appointments
Imported appointments are on hold by default — nobody gets any text, linked or not, no matter how long ago the import ran. When everything looks right and everyone's linked, turn texts on here. Anything you import later starts on hold again.
Previous imports
Every import run can be undone — it removes only the appointments that run created. Native appointments are never touched.
