Patient Recovery System

Safe Deletion: Patients moved to trash are preserved for 60 days before permanent deletion.

Recovery: You can restore any patient during the 60-day window.

Automatic Cleanup: Runs nightly. Files older than 60 days are permanently deleted — except files with any payment or appointment history, which are never auto-deleted (that would break the books and may violate record retention). Delete those one at a time with Delete Forever if you are sure.
