Card is entered securely by Stripe — it never touches our servers.
Print this and stick it at the counter. The customer scans it, enters the amount you tell them, adds their Boonora code + PIN for member pricing, and pays on their own phone.
Add funds to a customer's Boonora card, or sell a gift card — when they've forgotten their
phone, or would rather you did it.
The phone number is the Boonora account. If they're new, the funds wait for
them and land the first time they sign in with this number.
Optional, both. The email gets their receipt with the card number, its QR code and a
Print link; the mobile gets a short text with the card number. Without either, the card number is only on the
screen after payment — print it or write it down.
Payment is taken by Boonora and the funds load to the customer's card the moment
it clears — your business never handles the money and has nothing to reconcile.
Lost a card number, or need to reprint one? Gift cards
lists every gift card this business sold, with its number, who it is assigned to, Reprint and Assign.
Reward a normal (cash/card) purchase with Boons. Look up the member, enter what they spent, and
the Boons are added to their card.
Boons reward the sale — this does not take a payment. The customer paid you at your own register.
Let a member pay with their Boonora balance. Look them up, enter the amount, and they confirm
with their PIN. A printed or emailed gift card? Type or scan its card number below — if it is not
assigned yet, enter the customer's name and mobile and it becomes theirs.
The card PIN is required — the customer types it, not you.

Members can also text BAL to your Boonora number for the same answer.
Not a member yet? Ask for their mobile number and text them your join link. They tap it, enter their name, and they're in with their welcome Boons.
The text goes out from your Boonora number. Already a member? They can text CARD to it for their card. Prefer a sign? The counter QR carries the same link (Reward Specials → Copy link).
